AVET PROJECT, Inc. is a NONPARTISAN, NON-POLITICAL, PATRIOTIC organization dedicated to Support Our Troops®. We are managed by a Board of Directors comprised of patriotic citizens who ensure that deployed U.S. military members - in all branches of service - are supported with cards, letters, and EEB’s (Empowerment Equipment Bag, containing personal care and convenience items), QRG’s (quick reference guides), EP’s (Empowerment Packets), and other goodies like movies, games, and snacks designed specifically to lift the spirits of our troops on the front lines of combat theatres.
AVET Project, Inc. abides by OPSEC and Department of Defense regulations and will NOT share your address or personal information with anyone other than our Directors and volunteers coordinating delivery of EEB’s.
This form must be completed in its entirety, and submitted via the website or US Mail, if you wish to receive an EEB from AVET Project, Inc.
While we appreciate the service of all our troops, our funds and mission restrict us to sending EEB’s only to active duty members of our United States Military (not government contractors or foreign troops) who are deployed in combat zones. If you are unsure, please confirm by following this link.
Please do not sign up multiple times – We maintain a database and cross-reference all submissions. Duplicate entries are deleted. Thank you!
We encourage individual military members serving in combat zones to register for a free EEB. The acceptance agreement that follows is inclusive of individual registrants.
PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this form, you agree to be the Point of Contact (POC) for your entire unit. The EEB’s we send you are LARGE and must be SHARED with ALL members of your unit. Our goal is to lift the spirits of everyone serving. Other members of your unit should not sign up with us as you are now the official POC for everyone in your unit. Please understand, as a POC the EEB’s we send you are not your personal boxes. They are for everyone. We abide by all Government laws. As per U.S. CODE TITLE 7353 (5 U.S.C. § 7353; Standards of Ethical Conduct - Gifts from Outside Sources), we CANNOT send items valued over $20.00 or other expensive items to an individual military member. Items valued at more than $20.00 must be SHARED.
PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY In the comments area please mention if you have chosen to be the POC. If so, please include the following: Full Name. Complete Unit address. Accurate APO address. Rank. Approximate end or rotation date for your tour. Approximate number of Male Troops in your Unit. Approximate number of Female troops in your unit. List any K-9 Units. Provide information on whether school supplies or toys for the local children (to win their hearts and minds) would be useful.
By submitting my information I hereby give permission to AVET Project, Inc. to release my APO/FPO address to its Directors and Volunteers for the purposes of sending me and my unit EEB’s and/or cards and letters. I also give my permission to AVET Project, Inc. to use my deployment photos and “thank you notes” I send or electronically transmit to the AVET Project, Inc. websites for use in any/all media efforts for the purpose of demonstrating the importance of supporting our troops and encouraging others to SUPPORT OUR TROOPS®.
