"The body does what the mind tells it" is a touchstone of her approach.
Below are a few tools:
Do this exercise:
Close your eyes and breathe deep. Continue to breathe deeply until you feel yourself relaxing... breathe. Focus your attention on your heart... feel it beating... see it beating, all your attention is on your heart beating. Now think of the most beautiful thing you can imagine.
This only takes a few minutes but it changes the energy of your body instantly, to a relaxed state of mind.
Remember:Your mind is a powerful tool.
Your strength comes from within.
You have the power to free yourself from stress.
Don't Say I HURTSAY: I am healthy and strong.
My body is Healing.
My body is healthy and strong.
The body does what the mind tells it.
Take deep breaths.
Imagine breathing in this green light.
Close your eyes and imagine green light coming in at the top of your head.
Imagine it flowing down through your body, down your head, neck, shoulders, arms, fingers, down through your chest, healing your muscles, your intestines, down your stomach your back, down your legs, down through your feet, into the ground, down into Mother Earth.
